Privacy policy

Contact form: if you write to us we store the name, email address and message you typed, so we can reply. If you never use the form, nothing is collected.

Punter ratings: if you rate a bookmaker we store your star rating, plus the review text, display name and title if you add them. To stop duplicate votes we also store scrambled one-way codes — one derived from a browser token and one from your connection address. The address itself is never stored, and the codes cannot be turned back into it.

Outbound clicks: when you click through to a bookmaker we count the click — which bookmaker, the time, and the page the click came from. No name, no account, nothing that identifies you.

No visitor accounts, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, and we never sell or rent any information to anyone.

When you click through to a bookmaker's site, we pass no personal information along with you.

GAESA: set by our hosting platform's load balancer to route your requests while you browse. It lasts about 30 days. It arrives on every visit and cannot be switched off from our side.

ctb_rt: set by us only if you submit a punter rating, so the same browser cannot vote twice on a bookmaker. It lasts 180 days, holds a random token that says nothing about you, and page scripts cannot read it.

You can ask us to show you or delete anything you have submitted — a review or a contact message — through the contact page. We will act on it and confirm.

Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop the site working; the worst case is that duplicate ratings from the same browser may not be caught.

We are an Australian site and we aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.
