Use the contact page and tell us the page and what's wrong. The more specific you can be, the faster we can check it.

We check the claim against its source. If we got it wrong, we correct the page, and the fix goes live with the next site publish.

Routine factual details — a deposit method, a feature, a licensing status — are simply updated. If a correction materially changes what we said about a bookmaker, we own it rather than silently rewriting it.

A correction can move a score or a ranking when the underlying facts change — but it is never a back door to a better position. The same How we rate method applies before and after.

A rating you disagree with is not an error — scores summarise many independent sources and won't match every punter's experience. Errors are factual: a wrong deposit method, a closed bookmaker shown as open, a misquoted rule. Those we fix.
