Minimum Bet Laws (MBLs) stop a bookmaker from refusing or heavily restricting a winning punter on Australian racing. Under each state's rules, a licensed bookmaker must accept a bet up to the amount that would win you the listed limit — or, for place betting, the place limit — from the time shown for that meeting type.
